- Coordinate and monitor the implementation of marketing tasks according to the established plan, ensuring the effectiveness of communication goals.
- Collaborate with onsite departments/teams such as Sales, Architectures, and Construction to execute onsite marketing activities such as event organization, printing sales materials, hoarding installation, etc.
- Work with media agents to implement marketing activities including media articles, social seeding, and press releases.
Manage, control, and adjust the execution process as needed.
- Collaborate in proposing sales materials: brochures, flyers, billboards, TVCs, websites, etc., in alignment with the product positioning and target customers of each product line.
- Develop and contribute to the overall marketing and communication plan/budget, as well as the budget for each phase.
- Execute and coordinate advertising and communication strategies.
- Monitor and track contracts and payment settlements related to marketing and communication activities with local partners and suppliers.
- Evaluate onsite marketing activities to identify strengths to build on, areas for improvement, and potential new ideas.
- Track, forecast, and report risks while implementing timely solutions.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Marketing Director/Board.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, specifically in Real Estate Marketing.
• Deep knowledge and experience in marketing and communications, with extensive experience in real estate marketing.
• Willing to travel and work onsite for extended periods.
• Proficient in English.
