• Take the lead in developing overall project management implementation plans, including construction methods, schedules, and resource planning. Work closely with design, construction, and operation engineers to ensure feasibility and effective execution.
• Select appropriate technical criteria and oversee project design quality and timelines. Apply relevant technical standards at each construction phase. Supervise actual construction quality and promptly resolve any technical issues.
• Be fully accountable to the Board of Directors for project quality, schedule, and budget. Work directly with investors and plant owners regarding project progress, safety, quality, and final accounts/settlements. Provide regular reports on progress, quality, and cost.
• Manage project personnel to ensure efficient team organization and performance
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Energy, Construction, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management within the energy sector, preferably in solar, BESS, or thermal power projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management processes.
• Excellent skills in managing schedules, budgets, contracts, and risks.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Good English communication skills, including reading and understanding technical documents.
• Willingness to travel for extended periods to project sites or overseas.
