1. Interpretation Services:
o Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, conferences, phone calls, and other interactions.
o Ensure accurate and culturally sensitive interpretation in both formal and informal settings.
2. Translation Support:
o Translate documents, presentations, emails, and reports from Spanish to Vietnamese and vice versa, maintaining high linguistic and cultural accuracy.
3. Administrative Collaboration:
o Assist in coordinating and organizing meetings and events involving Spanish and Vietnamese speakers.
o Support HR and other departments in communication-related tasks.
4. Others: Support additional duties as assigned by supervisory staff or relevant departments
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, or a related field is preferred.
• Language Proficiency:
o Fluent in both Spanish and Vietnamese (verbal and written).
o Strong command of English is a plus.
• Experience:
o Minimum 2 years of experience as an interpreter/translator in business or professional settings.o Prior experience in industries such as manufacturing, trade, or human resources is an advantage.
• Skills:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and Vietnamese.
o Strong interpersonal and cultural sensitivity skills.
o Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in using translation tools and software.
o Familiarity with MS Office Suite or equivalent.
