• Research and training
- Train and train modern scientific and technical capabilities for members of the Department to implement advanced analytical projects that have been planned and are being implemented.
- Capture industry trends, cultivate and develop in-depth knowledge of the business and available data assets to make recommendations for TNEX.
- Develop new approaches to understanding consumer trends and behavior as well as methods to solve complex business problems, such as optimizing product performance and revenue.
• Project implementation:
- Consult and organize the implementation of advanced analysis projects/ initiatives (such as building statistical models, predictive models, customer segmentation, deep learning techniques ...) to promote and drive high-value insights (such as consumer trends and behavior) and solve complex business problems (such as risk management solutions, optimizing product and business performance)
- Participate in building smart solutions to personalize products and improve customer experience
- Advising and advising the Board of Directors on the potential of data, bringing new insights from data into building/transforming TNEX's business strategy
- Review, evaluate effectiveness, implement improvement of models/solutions/recommendations
• Other tasks as assigned by direct manager
• Education: Bachelor’s degree and above
- Major: Preferably Computer science, data science, Statistics, Applied mathematics. Preferably PhD degree
- Foreign Language requirements: English: TOEFL 46-78 | IELTS 4.5 – 6.0 | TOEIC 605 – 780 and equivalent
- Other certificates (if any): Preferably Cloud certificates from AWS, GCE, Azure. Understanding and proficient in 1+ programming language.
- Office informatics: Proficient
• Experience:
- At least 3 years of working experience in data analysis and advanced data modeling. Banking experience is an advantage
- Experience working in the field of probability and statistics and time series analysis as well as experience using machine learning methods
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in working with Fintechs
- Mandatory: Fluency in 1 or more programming language is required
• Knowledge:
- Understanding of machine learning, statistics, optimization or related field
- Ability to work through ambiguous situations to drive delivery of complex projects
- Proven ability to nurture and lead technical talent
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communications skills
- Team oriented, goals oriented, with proven track record in collaborating with multiple stakeholders
