Job Description

1. Developing and implementing an information security strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business strategy.
2. Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to the organization's information assets.
3. Developing and implementing policies and procedures to protect the organization's information assets.
4. Providing guidance to business units and IT teams on information security best practices.
5. Ensuring the organization complies with relevant regulatory requirements related to information security.
6. Ensuring the organization has appropriate incident response plans in place to deal with security incidents, determining the cause of internal and external data breaches, and instituting appropriate corrective action.
7. Leading and managing the information security team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
8. Collaborating with other business units, such as legal, compliance, and risk management, to ensure a coordinated approach to information security.
9. Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in information

Job Requirement

1. Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
2. Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in information security, risk management, compliance, and IT operations.
3. Certifications: Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), CGEIT (Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT), and CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control).

4. Technical Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of security technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, vulnerability management, encryption, and identity and access management.
5. Leadership Skills: The ability to lead and manage a team of security professionals, as well as to communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.
6. Business Acumen: A strong understanding of business operations and objectives, and the ability to align security strategies with those objectives.
7. Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze complex security issues and develop effective solutions.
8. Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of security-related laws, regulations, and standards
