1. Develop and Implement Marketing Plans for Real Estate Projects
Execute the directions and strategic guidance from management for assigned projects and campaigns.
- Develop detailed project timelines and implementation schedules for marketing activities.
- Build and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective deployment of resources.
- Prepare reports evaluating the effectiveness, quality, progress, and budget performance of marketing projects and campaigns.
2. Research & Propose Real Estate Marketing Solutions
- Conduct market analysis and assessments to support the Sales team in building appropriate sales strategies and policies.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitors to continuously propose and update marketing solutions that drive better business results.
3. Collaborate with the Sales Department
- Coordinate with the Sales team to align on marketing concepts and content that support business plans and sales policies.
- Take initiative in developing content, executing, and supervising advertising campaigns to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
4. Event Participation & Project Promotion
Participate in organizing events and take charge of promotional activities for real estate projects.
5. Monitor Media Activities of Distributors
Coordinate with and monitor the communications efforts of partner distribution units to ensure alignment with agreed-upon sales strategies and brand direction.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proficiency in English is required. Russian is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing. Preference given to candidates with experience in real estate corporations or developers.
- Solid understanding of and ability to guide others in using various communication and media channels, including online, offline, and press-based platforms.
- Strong skills in market research, analysis, and communication strategy development.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Willingness to travel for business as needed.
