1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
2. Experience: 1-3 years of proven sales experience in real estate or a similar industry.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and client-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
