Mô tả công việc

1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
- Identify and approach potential clients through channels such as cold calls, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain long-term, sustainable relationships with clients.
- Provide professional consultation to clients regarding properties that match their needs.
2. Sales Process Management
- Have a thorough understanding of real estate products to provide accurate advice to clients.
- Organize property viewings and presentations for potential buyers.
- Negotiate terms and close deals effectively, ensuring satisfaction for both parties.
- Prepare and execute contracts and related documentation.
3. Market Research and Analysis
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Analyze customer needs and market opportunities to recommend suitable properties.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to adjust strategies and promotional campaigns.
4. Achieving Business Targets
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Track sales progress and report key performance indicators regularly.
5. Compliance and Record Keeping
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and requirements in the CRM system.

 

Yêu cầu công việc

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Experience: 4–8 years of sales experience in real estate or a similar industry.
Skills:
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build and expand a network of agents.
- Capability to train and support local agents.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong service orientation.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Languages: Proficiency in Kyrgyz, Russian, and/or English is an advantage.
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends when required.
